Request account deletion
Use this page to ask us to delete your Backgammon AI Coach account and the data associated with it.
Send your request
Use the protected Privacy contact form. Select the privacy topic and state that you want to delete your account. Do not send a password, access token, or store receipt.
What happens next
Our support team reviews the request and may ask for information needed to verify that you are entitled to request deletion. We will then handle the request under our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and local data
You can delete local game and coaching data in the app or through your device settings. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Manage cancellation and refunds through the store account used for purchase.
