This page provides the correct route for technical help, feedback, subscriptions, local data and formal requests.
Local data and persistent account
Local Beginner and Casual play does not need a cloud login. Cloud AI explanations use the persistent Backgammon AI Coach account described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete local game and coaching data with the in-app controls or through the operating system. Removing local data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription and does not by itself remove the persistent account record that protects the one-time explanation allowance. For a request about a persistent-account record or other server-side pseudonymous data, use the protected Privacy contact form below. Do not send an access token or store receipt.
